At 27 Pearl Street, each towel is made with care and printed just for you.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 27pearlstreet@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
